DOCUMENTS PRINTING SERVICE

Through WESTACO EXPRESS, customers can use the paper printing service (A4 format) in OMV gas stations. To print a document, it must be emailed to print@westaco.com. The customer automatically receives a code at the e-mail address from where he sent the document and can print the document in the transmitted form, in any OMV station, communicating to the WESTACO EXPRESS operator the received code. Please ask Westaco Express operators about supported document formats and price / page.

WESTACO EXPRESS offers its customers the opportunity to benefit from the IQOS device replacement service that allows you to replace your defective electronic cigarette or electronic charger. They can be picked up from OMV and Petrom stations where the WESTACO EXPRESS service is available.
For replacement, please contact IQOS Customer Service to obtain the replacement code. Communicate the code obtained to the WESTACO EXPRESS operator, based on which your defective product will be replaced with an equivalent one (in type and color) and functional.
